    Search the collection of the physical archive. In French.
  • Bibliothèque du Film (BiFi)  
    Search the collection catalog for filmmakers and films. Many catalog entries feature individual synopses and bibliographies. Particularly useful to researchers who speak French.
  • Cahiers du Cinema  
    The main page of the website for the influential French film magazine cofounded by André Bazin is available in multiple languages. Back issues can be ordered and are indexed and searchable in the archive (only available in French) by issue number, date, title, author, interviewer, film, director, or production year.
  • Cinema=Godard=Cinema  
    A site with extensive links to Godard-related articles maintained by Glen W. Norton, a former Ph.D. candidate in cinema studies. A valuable resource for links and bibliographic information.
  • Europa Film Treasures  
    Europa Film Treasures is an online film catalogue created by a consortium of European film archives. It offers free access, via streaming, to more than 400 films presented with extensive historical notes in five languages, and categorized by time period, country of origin, and genre.

    Published three times a year, Studies in French Cinema is the journal of the Association for Studies in French Cinema. Although the journal is not Web-based, users can search the tables of contents from previous issues and read abstracts of articles.
