Fantastic piece. I live in London so no chance of seeing this exhibition so it's great to have the article to make up for some of that. I've seen Haynes in interview before: he is one of the most articulate and thoughtful filmmakers of any generation: everything he says is considered and intelligent. In decades to come he'll be studied in film schools as one of the most important filmmakers of his generation. I guess he probably already is. Great piece - thanks!
